Common Agenda

Our approach begins by recognizing that issues are interconnected. Interconnected issues need interlocking programs housed under one umbrella to close existing and future gaps. Our work is not only to transform the individual, but to empower them as they progress through life’s varied challenges.

Shared Measurement Systems

To ensure KFGCDC is working to benefit the community, our measurement of progress is based on both quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data will include, but not be limited to economic, educational and demographic data. Qualitative data will include the power of story and testimony as primary indicators of what is done well and what can be done better. Our programs are designed to receive qualitative data from participants and service providers to constantly monitor and adjust our programs. The qualitative data will be recorded documentation from intake extending to one and two year follow-up following completion. This way, all stakeholders can be well informed of assets entrusted and utilizated.
