Affordable housing with home ownership is important for stable and strong communities. The makeup of homeless populations are varied such as divorce, death, job instability, and mental health issues. The cause of homelessness is prevalent among veterans, single mothers, and the previously incarcerated. The effects of homelessness affects crime, new business, public education and
health.

KFGCDC aims to increase the taxable income and voting base of the Parramore area with residents that are historic to this community. Our purpose is to reverse gentrification through the teaching and implementation of financial stewardship, equity building, sustainable employment, repurposing abandoned and boarded houses, and home ownership.
