KFGCDC has identified and will continue to identify companies that will provide training, internship, apprenticeship, and jobs for those seeking both blue collar and white collar jobs. Many persons fail for they have not been exposed to the proper resources.

We have heard the phrase “it is often not what you know, but who you know”. KFGCDC will be both the what and who you know for many persons seeking to be trained regardless of gender, economic status, educational opportunities or criminal backgrounds.

We believe, given the right opportunity, in a positive environment, persons will succeed and make a positive choice for their lives and their communities.
